App Updates & New Features

1. Jump quickly from project to chat

With the new "chat button", you can quickly switch from the project to the corresponding chat.
The same works the other way around!

2. Benetics Web has become even "more beautiful"

We have tidied up the Benetics Web interface to create more space for your projects and content.
The sidebar has become slimmer, and we have also worked on the alignment of the logo and titles.

3. Assign tasks to external parties

✨ Ben creates your project in 2 minutes!
- Just hand over all files to Ben: He automatically creates, names, and assigns labels to plans and documents, and adds your team right away. Everything is ready to go, so you can focus on task creation (with Ben)!
Calculate directly in the report
- New formula fields automatically multiply and add your inputs to subtotals and grand totals. This is highly relevant for calculations involving working hours and materials, for example.
Manage external members
- (Super)Admins now have an overview of all external members, including their license status, and can assign or revoke licenses directly.

Multiple photos
- Whereas previously you could only take one photo per photo field, you can now add multiple photos at once. This update is now live for all of our general standard reports.
Process Plans Faster
- We have optimized the performance of our plan feature: Background processing of plans is noticeably faster. Additionally, an unlimited number of pages can be uploaded.
Faster Login
- The app remembers how you last logged in. The next time you open it, you will be greeted immediately and can log back in much faster.
Manage Licenses
- (Super) Admins can assign and revoke licenses in the employee list. In the coming weeks, a rule will be introduced meaning that individuals without a license will only be able to participate in a maximum of one project at a time.

Email address in profile
- Complete your profile by adding your email address! Once it is registered, you will be able to log in using either your phone number or your email address in the future.
Talk to Ben ✨
- Simply enter your requests using the microphone instead of typing them out laboriously. You can also upload files directly (for example, a list of defects).
Benetics AI now available in Italian
- In addition to German, English, French, and Spanish, Benetics AI is now available in Italian on desktop and in the app. If your device or browser is set to Italian, all texts and buttons will automatically adapt to this language.
