Use and edit plans offline (App)

Edit plans offline

  1. In Benetics AI, go to your Plans and select the three dots next to the plan you want to edit offline.

  2. Then, tap on "Download".

  3. You will now see a small icon in the row of this plan, confirming its offline availability.

Creating tasks and reports

  1. You can now create tasks and reports for your downloaded plan.

  2. Your newly created entries will only be transmitted to the system once you are back online. You'll recognize this by a crossed-out cloud icon (for example, when you create a new task).

  3. As soon as you are connected to the internet again, the cloud icon disappears, and your data is transmitted.

Handling updates

  1. If a plan is updated in the meantime, the point (pin) you set while offline will be safely preserved and applied.

  2. You will receive a notification that a new version is available as soon as you open the plan again.

Important notes

  1. The Benetics AI voice assistant does not work without an internet connection. Please type all your texts using the keyboard during this time.

  2. The offline features are exclusively available in the Benetics AI app. Therefore, please make sure to use the dedicated Benetics AI application on your tablet as well.
