Connecting external programs via API

Benetics AI offers you an open API interface for connecting external programs. To set up a new integration (e.g., with PDS, ToolTime), please proceed as follows:

1. Contact Benetics: Write to us at support@benetics.io. We will check if the connection already exists or is currently planned.

We are open to new integrations! If your desired program is still missing, we will gladly look together into whether and how an integration can be sensibly implemented.

1. Contact the provider: If the program is not yet connected, reach out directly to your contact person at the external program and suggest an integration.
2. Joint exchange: If interested, the provider can then contact us directly to review the general feasibility and technical implementation.
